There is no freedom of speech here!
This is a very worrisome sign. I have worked pretty hard, and faced much criticism, to maintain the right of everyone to say what they wish.

Still, there are some reasons why some people might be prompted to say this. Historically, some have felt frustrated when one of several things happened :

I spoke up and got jumped on - You may have evinced an unpopular opinion, and faced a wall of people strongly disagreeing with you. You may feel this throws cold water on your right to say what you wish. It is very easy to feel this way, but you could realize, little by little, that this is only the way it seems. Your right to speak your mind comes from nature, from the Constitution of the United States, and no one can ever deprive you of this right. It is, famously, inalienable. The right to free speech is not there to protect popular speech, since popular speech will not get attacked and needs no protection. It is there to protect unpopular speech, such as yours. People who say unpopular things will have their critics, but that doesn't mean your rights are diminished. The critics have a right to speak too, and both your right to speak, as well as theirs, must be respected.

Some things are not allowed - Child pornography, assassination threats, slander, stalking, harrassment, intimidation, and so on, are certainly speech but for various reasons previous Supreme Courts have ruled that they are not permissible. While dreamworld has a mind of its own, and does not always respect the Supreme Court, the above limitations seem reasonable.

That's what I heard - During the long history of dreamworld, a few people have tried to harrass others, embezzle funds, violate privacy, hack the system, and so on. Because these people were caught and prevented from doing any damage, they have an axe to grind and will make accusations about dreamworld's free speech policy to anyone who will hear them.
