Mailing List Hosting
I
use a sophisticated mailing list robot, with many configuration options
for your list. Each mailing list can get its own web space to explain
its rationale, sub and unsub procedures, community culture, and so on.
Strictly opt-in lists only.

Email Addresses
You
can get any reasonable number of your-name-here@dreamworld.org email addresses
for emails regarding your project. The email addresses use the standard
POP3 protocol.

Web Space
You
get a www.dreamworld.org/your_project_name URL. No real limitations on
the amount of space, within reason.

FTP space
Standard
FTP upload/download server.

IRC / Java-Based Live Chat Channels

IRC server. Also comes with additional Java interface for web browser
users.

I'll
have to think about security considerations but for now I support PHP.

- Unprotected speech (child porn, death threats, harrassment, etc.)
