These pages are a tribute to the TV show My So-Called Life and to those who brought us an incredible and impossible thing: an actually intelligent, realistic and sensitive TV show about being a teenager - and about being human.

Of course, since the show had wit, real intelligence, three-dimensional thinking characters, humor, affection and insight it was totally destined to fail. Not enough car chases, I guess.

And so, even though they will never see this page, this is my way of thanking the writers and the actors who brought this extraordinary and rare gem to us. They gave us, like, a work of art.
