Why I loathe Jordan
This article very harshly criticized abusive boyfriends, and the women who stuck with them. I still believe very strongly in my sentiments against abusive boyfriends .
Since I wrote this article when I had seen only about, mmmmm, half the episodes and since I was getting the misimpression that they might be slowly revealing Jordan to be an abusive boyfriend, I hated him already! As I saw the rest of the episodes, this turned out to be false. Since I no longer view Jordan as a possible abusive boyfriend, I do not list the article here.
As I got to "know" Jordan through repeated viewings of some episodes, I was glad that my suspicions were confirmed: Winnie Holzman, the show's writer, did not create any worthless characters.
